I Am The Best

“I m the best”...”I m the best”...”I m the best”... yes, damn it “I m the best”!!

Huh...this is...this is what the most powerful thing existing in the world... yes, these words are the most powerful thing...no missile, no fighter plane, no sniper, nothing yes nothing can beat these words in strength...
I don’t know how many of you, reading this post will agree with this and believe me I don’t even want you all to just agree with it...

Okay, now think of the most powerful thing existing...just think...just think for a moment...okay, now look it this way...what a most powerful thing can do??
I think – the thing which gives you power...the thing which makes you feel at the top of the world...the thing which makes you feel “u r the best”...the thing which makes u fearless...the thing which gives u strength...the thing which gives u confidence...the thing which gives u courage to face the competitive world...the thing which ignites a fire inside u to do something or to achieve something...the thing which shows u the way to achieve the target everytime u lose confidence in urself...yeah, “this thing” this damn “thing” should be the answer for the “most powerful thing”...but...the question arises- what is “this”??What can this be??what is there which gives u all this strength??

Just think-is it the faith in GOD??is it the support of ur friends??is it the support of ur parents??is it ur previous achievements??is it ur trophies, awards, certificates??
What is it?? Just think and find the answer...This is not a silly question...believe me it it is really not a silly question to think about...coz the moment u get the answer for this question -u will be at the top of the world... no hurdle can stop u from achieving ur goals... u will never be disheartened by any failure...you will be able to do anything...u will have enough strength to do whatever u want...

So, why not just give ourselves some time and think what is there which can be the source of immense power to us...coz if we r able to get the answer for this then believe me we will surely be able to achieve everything we want in life...coz this source will never let us fall...will never let us compromise with our goals...and this is what we want isn’t it??

I just don’t want you all to agree that “I m the best” are the words which is the most powerful thing...but yes these words have given me strength everytime I felt less confident, everytime I felt I will not be able to make it, everytime others tried to show me that I m dependent on them...and lot more...and these really work...yes they do!!
These words might look arrogant and yes they are and this is the beauty of “words” and that is their power coz u need courage to handle the powerful thing...

Do u have the courage??
why not just give urself the answer of this question and show ur courage to the world that -“u can do anything u want”...
Best of luck!!

Self Confidence: A key to Success

“He is an atheist who doesn’t believe in himself. The old religions said that he was an atheist who did not believe in God. The new religion says that he is an atheist who does not believe in himself.”- by Swami Vivekananda

Blaming others for anything and everything has become a chronic disease with us. Why should we expect someone to come and help us? To depend on others is slavery. No good comes of blaming fate, karma or circumstances. Only a man of confidence can convert challenge into an opportunity. Confidence is not a gift of God. It has to be cultivated with self-effort and diligence. Success stories of great people reveal the truth that in spite of their tremendous confidence they were not always successful. But the only difference between ordinary people and the great ones is this: great people never consider defeats and failures as obstacles, on the contrary, they turn them into stepping stones to success, whereas ordinary people get discouraged and stop moving further. Great people are fully aware of the power within themselves, capable of overcoming huge obstacles and continuing their march till they reach their desired goal.
“The fool never begins a work for a fear of failure; the mediocre gives up in the middle, frustrated by obstruction; but the man of confidence never gives up, in spite of failure, till the goal is reached”.

So, it is an appeal to today’s youth that “ARISE AWAKE And KNOW YOUR STRENGTH”. Stop blaming others and stop being dependent, you are youth now you have the power within you to attain your goal .
In words of Swami Vivekananda-“What makes you weep, my friend ?In you is all power. Summon up your all-powerful nature, O mighty one, and this whole universe will lie at your feet. It is Self alone that predominates and not matter.”

Strength of Character:

Strength of Character:
“neither money pays, nor name, nor fame, nor learning; it is CHARACTER that can cleave through adamantine walls of difficulties.”
-Swami Vivekananda

There is a popular saying, “If wealth is lost nothing is lost, if health is lost something is lost, but if character is lost everything is lost”. But today what we see in society is quite contrary. Money is playing a very dominant role in present society. People are prepared to do anything for money, they can go to any extent, they are least bothered about means. They are busy amassing wealth even at the cost of others. Their hearts are dead. They are living corpses. They have no compassion, love or sympathy for other human beings. Adulteration, cheating, bribery, theft, exploitation, scams, scandals, dowry harassment, robbery are rampant everywhere. Surprisingly, it is perpetuated by the so-called educated people. In the modern educational system, only the intellect is being developed but there is no scope for the development of heart. It is only making people more and more selfish and greedy. Swami Vivekananda observed this when he said, “Bring light to the ignorant, and more light to the educated, for the vanities of the education of our time are tremendous.”

In the midst of chaos and confusion, here and there we come across a few great characters who have left their marks through their wonderful contribution. Among such we have a most celebrated personality, Sir Mokshagundam Vishveswaraiah, a great engineer produced by India in the last century. He is bright example to youth. He lived for 102 years and was full of enthusiasm, zeal and energy, almost till the end of his life. His dedication, sincerity, hard work, skills, integration, honesty, spirit of service, patriotism, above all his undaunted courage and disciplined life made him a unique personality. He was awarded the highest civilian award, “Bharat Ratna”, for his great contributions to our motherland. His biographer writes, “He was an unblemished pure life. When on duty he would use government vehicle, otherwise his own car. He never used Govt. Paper and stationery for personal and non-official correspondence. When in doubt he examined the paper for govt. Embossed water mark. (at that time also govt employees had no work to do ).When he was asked about the eradication of poverty, he said, “poverty is not natural. It is unnatural. It is curable like any disease. Ignorance, dependence, inefficiency, laziness; want of the spirit of enterprise are the real causes of poverty.”

Gandhiji’s slogan was- “Industrialise and perish”, while Sir M. Vishveswaraiah’s slogan was-“Industrialise or perish”. Both were right: one was emphasising human values, the other material prosperity. Swami Vivekananda came to harmonise these two apparently contradictory views. He wanted India to be great in every field, but not at the cost of long-cherished values and culture. He was sure that unless we combine both there cannot be real progress. He said, “What we want are western science coupled with Vedanta, Brahmacharya as the guiding motto, and also sharaddha and faith in one’s own self”.

Unfortunately, after Independence we are mostly concentrating on only one aspect i.e. Western science the other is completely neglected. In the name of secularism, we have carefully avoided long-cherished values which our ancestors lived for and practised. Due to lack of character energy we have converted human beings into machines. Every year we are manufacturing thousands of Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Managers, Administrators but not real human beings. Human values such as love, compassion, peace, happiness, truthfulness, honesty, sincerity, contentment, non-violence, patriotism, fearlessness, confidence, courage, self-restraint are replaced by hatred, cruelty, deceit, greed, dishonesty, lust, anger, fear, cowardice, selfishness, violence, self-indulgence, etc. , which has created vacuum in the hearts of people.
So, what we need today is the development of character which can only be done with the help of self-realization...what I truly believe is that intellect is the most important quality of ones character...so to preserve the attained intellect we need to develop a strong character.
Have faith in yourself and develop a strong character believe me no obstacle can stop u from achieving ur goal.
